Rudolf Caracciola in the winning Mercedes W25 leads Trossi's Alfa Romeo P3 and
Hans Stuck's Auto Union type A. Caracciola shared victory with Luigi Fagioli. It was
the beginning of succesful of the Silver Arrows in Grand Prix, but also the only pre-war
victory for Mercedes team in Monza.
